01

Age & ID

WTF27 is strictly an 18+ event. We operate a Challenge 25 policy — if you look under 25, you'll be asked to prove you're over 18.

  • Valid photo ID is required for entry: a passport, driving licence, or a PASS/Citizen Card.
  • No ID means no entry, with no exceptions.
⚠️
IMPORTANT

NO ID = NO ENTRY.

02

Ticketing

Tickets are digital-only and non-refundable. You're welcome to resell a ticket at face value through official channels, at your own risk.

  • Booking fees apply at checkout.
  • Day changes or upgrades can be requested by email with your booking reference — the exact deadline for WTF27 requests will be published closer to the event (TBC).
  • If you pay via a third-party instalment provider, that provider's own terms apply to your payment plan, separate from these terms.
  • VIP tickets have previously included fast-track entry, a private stage-front viewing area, covered seating, an exclusive bar and private toilets — the exact WTF27 VIP package will be confirmed closer to the event (TBC).
03

Entry & Security

Final entry time will be published closer to WTF27 (TBC). Re-entry is possible if you leave and come back wearing a valid, accredited wristband — you may be asked to show your ticket again too.

  • All bags are searched on entry. Maximum bag size is A4 (21 × 29.7cm) — bags larger than this aren't permitted.
  • Security may include handheld metal detectors, pat-downs (carried out by same-gender staff), and occasionally search dogs.
  • Amnesty bins are available at entrances if you need to dispose of anything before being searched.
  • CCTV operates across the event site, and security supervisors may wear body-worn video cameras.
  • Admission is always at the organisers' discretion.
04

Alcohol & Drugs

Alcohol. No outside alcohol is permitted — anything found will be confiscated, and possession may lead to being refused entry or removed from site. All alcoholic drinks are sold at licensed on-site bars, with a strict Challenge 25 policy on every sale.

  • Drinks are served in recyclable plastic cups (no glass); free water is available.
  • A one-off reusable cup fee applies to your first drink (exact WTF27 amount TBC).
  • Off-sales (buying alcohol to take away) aren't permitted.
  • Bar staff are trained in Challenge 25 and in spotting drink spiking, and support the "Ask for Angela" initiative.
  • Anyone visibly intoxicated may be refused entry or removed.

Drugs. WTF27 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs.

  • Security searches are carried out at entry; refusing a search means being refused entry.
  • Amnesty bins are available at the gates.
  • Drug-related incidents are handled in line with the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
05

Prohibited Items

The following aren't permitted on site:

  • Outside food or drink, and anything in glass containers
  • Illegal drugs, weapons and fireworks
  • Drones or remote aircraft (unless pre-approved by the organisers and the CAA)
  • Professional cameras (detachable lenses, tripods) and commercial filming equipment
  • Tents, gazebos and other camping furniture
  • Umbrellas
  • Bags larger than A4 size
  • Pets, except registered assistance dogs

Use the Can I Bring It? checker on the Need To Know page if you're not sure about something specific.

06

Venue Rules

  • Camping chairs and picnic blankets are allowed, subject to inspection at entry.
  • No camping, open fires, BBQs or unauthorised trading on site.
  • Follow all instructions from staff and security at all times.
  • Welfare and rest areas are available if you need a break.
  • Open flames and flammable materials are strictly prohibited; fire safety equipment is located throughout the site. Please keep emergency exits, fire lanes and access routes clear at all times, and follow staff instructions in the event of a fire or evacuation.
  • All vendors on site are required to comply with food safety, electrical testing and licensing standards.
  • Anyone involved in aggressive, illegal or unsafe behaviour will be removed from site — ejections are recorded and may be referred to the police.
07

Accessibility

We aim to provide accessible viewing areas, accessible toilets and disabled parking, with stewards and security briefed to help guests with additional needs.

  • Carers can receive a 50% discount ticket with the right documentation (PIP/DLA/Medical letter/Access Card).
  • Exact WTF27 accessibility infrastructure and locations will be confirmed closer to the event (TBC).
  • Contact us in advance if you'd like to arrange accessibility support for your visit.
08

Weather & Cancellation

WTF27 is a rain-or-shine event — come prepared for sun, wind and rain. Weather is monitored throughout by event control and stage safety teams using professional forecasting.

  • Wind speed or lightning may result in temporary show-stop procedures, or evacuation if necessary.
  • Emergency shelter and welfare support are available on site.
  • Updates are shared via our social media channels.
⚠️
IMPORTANT

Refunds are only issued if WTF27 is cancelled entirely due to genuinely extreme circumstances ("force majeure") — not for ordinary bad weather.

09

Payments

  • WTF27 is a cashless event — card and contactless payments only.
  • A one-off reusable cup fee applies to your first drink (exact amount TBC), then reuse the same cup all day.
  • Accepted payment providers for WTF27 (including whether instalment options are offered) will be confirmed closer to the event.
10

Photography & Video

  • Official photographers and videographers will be on site.
  • By attending WTF27, you consent to appearing in official photos and video, which we may use to promote future WTF events.
  • Professional cameras and commercial filming aren't permitted without prior written permission.
11

Wristbands

  • A wristband system is used to manage access and re-entry — wristbands must be worn at all times.
  • Tampering with, sharing or transferring a wristband is strictly prohibited and may result in ejection from the site.
12

Emergencies & Medical

A medical team and treatment centre are provided on site for the duration of the event (exact hours and location TBC for WTF27). If you or someone near you needs medical attention, tell the nearest staff member or steward straight away.

  • Depending on clinical judgement, you may be advised to make your own way to hospital or be accompanied by friends, family or a taxi if the situation isn't life-threatening.
  • All patient care is documented in line with NHS standards and data protection law (UK GDPR).
  • In an emergency, announcements are made via the PA system and screens — follow the instructions of staff and emergency services. The event may be paused or evacuated if safety teams require it.
  • If you feel unwell, or see someone who appears vulnerable, alert a member of staff — trained welfare personnel are on hand. WTF27 supports the "Ask for Angela" initiative if you feel unsafe.
  • We operate a zero-tolerance policy on hate crime and discriminatory behaviour.
13

Feedback & Complaints

  • During the event, please raise any concerns or complaints with the Information Point or any member of staff.
  • Post-event feedback can be submitted via our website — see Contact the WTF Team.
14

General

  • The organisers reserve the right to amend the schedule, policies and these terms without prior notice — check back here for the latest version.
