To prepare for our upcoming event at Oakfield Stadium, activity on site will take place over a series of scheduled build and breakdown days. We aim to ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding area and maintain clear communication throughout.

Build Schedule:

• Starts: Tuesday 17th June 2025

• Ends: Thursday 19th June 2025 (evening)
  Key setup activities include installing temporary fencing, power, staging, signage, and infrastructure. Security and medical teams will be present throughout.

Event Days:

• Friday 20th June – Saturday 21st June 2025
  Public access begins in the afternoon with live performances into the evening. Full safety and support teams will be active on-site.

Breakdown Schedule:

• Begins: Sunday 22nd June 2025

• Final Clearance: Tuesday 24th June 2025
  Following the event, we’ll begin removing all temporary infrastructure and restoring the area. The majority of the site will be cleared by Monday evening, with final collections completed Tuesday.
