To prepare for our upcoming event at Oakfield Stadium, activity on site will take place over a series of scheduled build and breakdown days. We aim to ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding area and maintain clear communication throughout.

Build Schedule:

• Starts: Wednesday 24th June 2026

• Ends: Friday 26th June 2026

  
  Key setup activities include installing temporary fencing, power, staging, signage, and infrastructure. Security and medical teams will be present throughout.

Event Days:

• Friday 26th June – Saturday 27th June 2026
  Public access begins in the afternoon with live performances into the evening. Full safety and support teams will be active on-site.

Breakdown Schedule:

• Begins: Sunday 28th June 2026

• Final Clearance: Tuesday 29th June 2026
  Following the event, we’ll begin removing all temporary infrastructure and restoring the area. The majority of the site will be cleared by Monday evening, with final collections completed Tuesday.
