Wiltshire Throwback Festival 2026 – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Welcome to the official FAQ section for Wiltshire Throwback Festival 2026! Whether it's your first time or you're a returning guest, this guide has all the essential info you'll need to prepare for the big weekend.

🚗 PARKING

  • Free parking is available for all attendees.

  • You must book your parking space online to secure a spot.

  • Blue Badge holders will have dedicated parking near the arena. Your badge must be clearly displayed.

CAN’T FIND YOUR TICKETS?

That’s okay, you can simply visit the box office: https://www.tickettailor.com/events/wtf26. You’ll see an option to manage tickets:

  • Select the Manage Tickets Option.

  • Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets.

  • Check your inbox for and email from wtf26@buytickets.at (Wiltshire Throwback Festival - WTF25!), you’ll find a link to your account (Manage your Tickets or Items).

  • Once selected, you will be redirected to your account where you can save your tickets and add them to your apple wallet.

  • If you’re still having issues please contact the WTF Team.

🎟️ TICKETS

  • Tickets available at: TicketTailor

  • Tickets are non-refundable but may be resold at face value. Transfers are not required IF you resell your ticket, resales a to be done at your own risk. It is highly recommended that you purchase your tickets directly from Ticket Tailor.

  • Changing ticket day (e.g., Friday ↔ Saturday)? Email us with your request and booking ref.

  • Changing ticket name? Not Required, as long as you have a VALID and GENUINE QR Code, you will gain entry to the event.

  • Want to upgrade to VIP? We’ll send you a discount voucher of the value of your previous ticket which will be voided for you to purchase an upgraded VIP Ticket..

Do local residents get discounted tickets for WTF26?

Yes! As a thank you for your continued support, WTF26! is offering a 50% discount on general admission tickets for residents who live within a strict 1km radius of Oakfield Stadium, Melksham.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • 🏡 The discount is available only to residents within the 1km zone.

  • 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The offer does not extend to friends or family living outside this area.

  • 📄 Residents will be required to provide proof of address (e.g. a recent council tax or utility bill) at the time of purchase.

  • 💌 To apply for resident tickets, please email: community@wtflive.co.uk

  • 📣 We will announce when the residents' tickets are available via email and social media, so be sure to join our local mailing list:

Already purchased an early bird ticket?
Don’t worry — if you’re eligible for the resident discount, we will refund the difference once the resident offer becomes available and verified.

Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: 🚫🥪 Outside food is not permitted at the festival — but don't worry, we’ve got you covered with a delicious lineup of food vendors! 🍴✨
Our Food Vendor Headlines will be announced in due course.

If you have a food intolerance or medical condition and must bring your own food, please email us at info@jarboom.co.uk 📧.
We’ll send you an approval email which you’ll need to show security at the gate ✅. No outside food will be allowed without this.

♿ ACCESSIBILITY

  • 50% carer tickets available. Buy your standard ticket(s), then email info@jarboom.co.uk with:

    • PIP / DLA / Medical letter / Access Card (+1)

    • Ticket booking reference

    • Name, email, phone, postcode

🎪 ARRIVAL & ENTRY

  • Final entry time each day: 20:00 (8 PM)

  • Challenge 25 in effect – bring valid ID.

  • Re-entry granted providing you return with your accredited wrist band. You may be asked to show your ticket again.

  • CCTV in operation throughout.

  • Official photographers and videographers present.

🧱 ARENA & SEATING

  • Chairs and picnic blankets allowed but will be inspected at entry. Please have these ready for inspection in the queue.

  • Choose your spot freely, except in the ‘dance-only’ zone near the stage.

  • VIP seating provided; all other guests should bring their own if needed.

🍔 FOOD & DRINK

  • We use reusable cups. A £2 one-time fee applies with your first drink.

Friday Highlights:

A Headline Artist + full Support acts.

Saturday Highlights:

Stage 1 - Artists from 90’s / 00’s

Stage 2 - Artists from 80’s

Artists & Line up to be announced in coming months!

🛡️ SECURITY

  • Trained SIA security guards on-site.

  • All bags, chairs, and blankets are subject to checks.

  • Bags larger then the size of A4 (21 cm by 29.7 cm) paper are not permitted.

  • All attendees are subject to search upon entry.

🚌 COACH TRANSPORT

Q: Will there be coach transport from other towns? A: We will be seeing the requirement for this as tickets go on sale. Watch this space!
