WTF25! Festival – Terms & Conditions Oakfield Stadium, Melksham – June 20–21, 2025

By purchasing a ticket and attending WTF25!, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

🆞️ AGE RESTRICTIONS

  • WTF25! is strictly 18+ only on both days (Friday June 20th & Saturday June 21st).

  • Challenge 25 is in operation. If you look under 25, you’ll be asked to prove you’re 18+.

  • Valid photo ID is required for entry (passport, driving license, PASS/Citizen Card, etc.).

  • No ID = No entry — no exceptions.

🍺 ALCOHOL & DRUGS POLICY

Alcohol

  • No outside alcohol is permitted.

  • All alcoholic drinks must be purchased at the licensed on-site bars, operated by Last Orders Ltd.

  • Alcohol in glass or personal containers will be confiscated; possession may lead to denied entry or ejection.

  • A strict Challenge 25 policy applies for all alcohol sales.

  • Any visibly intoxicated individuals may be denied entry or removed from the event.

  • Bar staff are trained in Challenge 25 and identifying drink spiking; briefed on welfare and “Ask for Angela.”

  • Drinks served in recyclable plastic cups (no glass); free water available.

  • Reusable cup policy: A one-off £2 fee applies to your first drink cup.

  • Off-sales of alcohol (to take away) are not permitted.

  • A Designated Premises Supervisor will be on-site during alcohol service.

Drugs

  • WTF25! enforces a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs.

  • Searches conducted at entry by SIA security; refusal = denied entry.

  • Amnesty bins available at gates.

  • Suspicious behaviour will be monitored and acted upon.

  • Drug incidents will be handled per the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

🎟️ TICKETING

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Name changes, upgrades, and day changes must be requested by June 14, 2025 via info@jarboom.co.uk.

  • Tickets may be resold at face value via official channels.

  • Digital-only tickets issued via Ticket Tailor.

  • Booking fees apply.

  • VIP Tickets include: fast-track entry, stage-front viewing, VIP bar, covered seating, private toilets.

🎫 ENTRY & SECURITY

  • Final entry is strictly 8:00 PM each day — no re-entry once admitted.

  • Bags are searched on entry; max size: A4 (12” x 8”). Unattended bags may be removed or destroyed.

  • Security may include sniffer dogs, CCTV, pat-downs.

  • Two-tier search lanes (Soft/Hard) may be used.

  • Pat-downs will be conducted by same-gender staff. Handheld metal detectors may be used.

  • Amnesty bins will be available at entrances.

  • Admission is at organisers’ discretion.

  • 45 trained SIA security guards on-site.

  • CCTV is in operation across the event site for safety and monitoring.

  • Security supervisors may wear Body-Worn Video (BWV) cameras.

  • Prescribed Medications are allowed, with proof of prescription.

❌ PROHIBITED ITEMS

You may not bring:

  • Outside food/drink, glass, drugs, weapons, fireworks, drones

  • Professional cameras, tents, furniture, umbrellas, pets (except assistance dogs)

  • Bags over A4 size

📍 VENUE RULES

  • Fire safety is a top priority at WTF25! All attendees must follow instructions from staff in the event of a fire or evacuation.

  • Please keep emergency exits, fire lanes, and access routes clear at all times.

  • Chairs and picnic blankets allowed (subject to inspection).

  • No camping, fires, BBQs, or unauthorised trading.

  • Follow all staff/security instructions.

  • Welfare and rest areas available.

  • Open flames and flammable materials are strictly prohibited. Fire safety equipment is located throughout the site.

  • Drones, UAVs, and remote aircraft are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved by organisers and the CAA.

  • All vendors must comply with food safety, PAT testing, and licensing standards.

  • Any individual involved in aggressive, illegal, or unsafe behaviour will be removed from the site. All ejections are recorded and may be referred to the police.

♿ ACCESSIBILITY

  • Accessible viewing, toilets, and lanes.

  • Free carer tickets (with proof).

  • Disabled parking near arena.

  • Stewards and security are briefed to assist guests with additional needs.

  • Contact us for accessibility support in advance.

☂️ WEATHER & CANCELLATION

  • WTF25! is a rain or shine event. Come prepared for all conditions including heat, rain, and wind.

  • Regular weather monitoring will be conducted by event control and stage safety teams using professional forecasting services.

  • Wind speed and lightning conditions may result in show-stop procedures or evacuation.

  • Emergency shelter areas and welfare support will be available on site.

  • Updates will be shared via social media.

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases of cancellation due to extreme force majeure (“acts of God”).

🚗 PARKING & TRANSPORT

  • Parking is free but must be pre-booked online.

  • Drop-off/pick-up: Melksham Oak School.

  • Overnight parking only for weekend ticket holders (collect by 10 AM).

  • No coach travel in 2025.

💳 PAYMENT & TOKENS

  • Card payments only (cashless event).

  • £2 one-time cup fee; reuse throughout event.

  • Free drink tokens (If allocated) can be collected at North Entrance Info Point.

📸 PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

  • Official photos/videos will be taken.

  • By attending, you consent to image use for promotion.

  • No commercial filming without permission.

🕛 EVENT HOURS

Friday June 20: Gates open 4:00 PM | Music ends 11:00 PM
Saturday June 21: Gates open 1:00 PM | Music ends 11:00 PM

⚠️ EMERGENCIES & INCIDENTS

  • On-site medical facilities are provided by Partridge Medical Solutions Ltd. A full medical team will be available from one hour before gates open until 30 minutes after closing each day.

  • A fully equipped medical treatment centre is located near the arena entrance. If you or someone else needs medical attention, alert the nearest staff member or security steward.

  • Where appropriate, guests may be advised to make their own way to hospital or be accompanied by friends/family/taxi if the case is not life-threatening. The on-site medical team will determine this based on clinical judgement.

  • Decontamination and showering facilities are available for medical use if required in emergencies. Please follow staff instructions in any such event.

  • All patient care is documented in line with NHS standards and data protection (GDPR). Anonymous statistics may be reported to the event organisers for safety monitoring.

  • In the event of an emergency, announcements will be made via PA system and screens.

  • Follow the instructions of festival staff and emergency services.

  • The festival may be paused or evacuated if required by safety teams.

  • Emergency escape lighting and illuminated signage will guide you to exits in enclosed spaces.

  • If you notice fire or smoke, report it immediately to any staff member. All fire incidents are classified as either 'MR ASH' (minor) or 'MR ENGLAND' (major, requiring fire service response). If in doubt, report as MR ENGLAND.

  • Do not return to unsafe areas until cleared by Event Control.

  • Dispersal after the event will be managed by security to ensure safety and reduce disruption to the local area.

  • In the event of an emergency, announcements will be made via PA system and screens.

😇 VULNERABLE PERSONS

  • If you feel unwell or see someone who appears vulnerable, alert a member of staff immediately. Trained welfare personnel will be on hand to provide assistance.

  • WTF25! supports the ‘Ask for Angela’ initiative. If you feel unsafe, discreetly approach any bar or staff member.

  • We operate a zero-tolerance policy on hate crime and discriminatory behaviour.

📅 WRISTBAND SYSTEM

  • A multi-level wristband system is used at WTF25! to manage access.

  • Tampering with or transferring wristbands is strictly prohibited and may result in ejection from the site.

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times.

✉️ FEEDBACK & COMPLAINTS

  • During the event, please report concerns or complaints to the Information Point or any staff member.

  • Post-event feedback can be submitted via our website.
